SeekMEDIA has developed an unique system which is called BUILD YOUR OWN BOOKSTORE (BYOBS) which enables our clients to operate their own website for a fraction of the cost of going it alone. The main feature of the system gives each site access to a global database of over 1.2 million titles which is fully maintained and updated on a weekly basis. Customers orders originating from a BYOBS site are sourced from publishers in Australia, the USA and UK. The only thing the client has to do is to promote and market their website as all the aspects of running an online bookselling operation, including Customer Service, are handled by SeekMEDIA.

In recognising the needs of many retail booksellers, both large and small, SeekMEDIA has now developed an extension of the BYOBS system whereby they are able to source booksellers special requirements and their customers special orders. This new system is called CSO and sets up SeekMEDIA as a one source virtual wholesaler. To cater for the widest requirements of booksellers SeekMEDIA has developed a special database that features over 2 million titles.

This CSO system has been designed to save booksellers both time and money as SeekMEDIA will source their special book requirements from both local and overseas suppliers. Accumulated orders will be delivered free into store on a weekly basis with booksellers being charged by credit card at an agreed discount off the listed prices, all of which are in Australian Dollars.

Once you have become a BYOBS client our system allows you to make numerous changes to the site so it will best reflect the individual nature of your business. This can be easily done through a special ADMIN site that is exclusive to each BYOBS site. This site also gives the client sales information on all orders placed through their BYOBS website.
